  1. Is it worthwhile using the services of a Professional Organiser?

If you would like a calmer, more organised environment and be able to find what you need easily, then a Professional Organiser is for you.  Think of it as an investment in freeing up your time in the long run.  With systems and processes in place you can reclaim valuable time and energy in your life.

  1. Will I be made to throw belongings away?

Absolutely not! The process will be collaborative.  We will discuss the function and value of items before any decisions are made on what stays and what you let go.  The process is a very personal one and I will take the time to understand and guide you.

  1. How long will the process take?

This will depend on the scale of the project – whether it’s a few cupboards, a wardrobe reset, one room or 3 bedrooms.  This will be assessed during the consultation and an estimated timescale given.  Please be aware that projects do tend to take longer than you think.

  1. Will I have to be there during the process?

If, for example, you require the organisation of your kitchen, this is a project that can be done pretty much in your absence after the initial consultation.  However, the nature of organising and decluttering is a very collaborative process, and most projects benefit from us working alongside each other.  But if this is not possible, I can tailor my services to suit your needs.

  1. Should I prepare for a session?

There is no need for you to do anything before our session.  My role is to offer guidance, assistance and support to enable you to get the most out of it.  I will ensure the sessions are tailored to your needs and will endeavour to be respectful and considerate throughout.

  1. Will my sessions be confidential?

Yes.  I hold a Certificate of Registration with the Information Commissioners Officer (ICO) and adhere to all areas of the Data Protection Act.  Please see the Privacy Statement for more detail

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay through bank transfer (BACs), cheque or cash.  You will be invoiced on completion of the project.  Payment is required within 14 days of the invoice date.

  1. What areas do you cover?

I operate within a 30-mile radius of the SN9 postcode.  Please see Terms & Conditions for more information.
