Pricing
The initial consultation is free. This can be a 20–30 minute phone call, facetime or visit to your home to find out your organisational needs and see how I can help.
Hourly rate: £30 per hour (no minimum session).
Day rates: £160. A reduced daily rate is offered for minimum 6-hour day, for example, 9am-4pm (with 1 hour lunchbreak added but not charged for).
Sessions are billed to the nearest 15 minutes interval. Sessions longer than 4 hours or spanning lunchtime will include a lunch break which is not charged for.
A 3-hour session
This works well for a short sharp burst of activity to tackle a small project or area. You will need to be focussed on change and ready to let certain things go for this to be manageable in this timeframe.
A 6-hour session
This is the most popular timeframe for my clients. We can achieve significant progress and really see noticeable results in one day. Please note, I will take up to 1 hour for a lunch break during the session. You do not pay for the lunchbreak, it is in addition to the 6 hour session.
Ongoing support
Sometimes you need a helping hand for the bigger projects in your life where a regular partnership over weeks or months will help you reach your goals. There are likely to be tasks for you to accomplish between our sessions to maximise our time together.
The cost for this is variable and will be billed hourly per session.
Weekend sessions
With busy lives sometimes the only option is to work together on a project at weekends. There is no additional charge for weekend sessions.
Deposit
Organised Living requests a deposit to secure time in the diary. Deposits are £30 per project. This will be deducted off the final invoice.
Other expenses to Consider
Travel up to a 30 mile radius is included in the above pricing. A fuel charge (.45p per mile) applies thereafter.
Any items purchased on your behalf, for example, storage solutions, stationery etc, will be invoiced at the buying cost (with shop receipts). This will be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
